The permanent solution to replace your missing teeth
Dental implants are now recognized as the gold standard for replacing one or more missing teeth. They consist of a biocompatible titanium screw, surgically inserted into the jawbone, which then integrates naturally with the bone (osseointegration) to support a crown, bridge, or denture.
At Nobel Dent, we exclusively use implants from globally recognized premium brands (Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Osstem). These implants benefit from decades of clinical research and boast long-term success rates exceeding 97%.
Our clinic is equipped with a 3D cone beam scanner, enabling precise surgical planning. Thanks to computer-guided surgery, we can place implants with millimeter precision, reducing operating time and accelerating healing.
Unlike traditional bridges, which require grinding down adjacent teeth, implants preserve the integrity of neighboring teeth. It also stimulates the jawbone, preventing bone resorption that occurs after tooth loss.

Implant placement surgery
Under local anesthesia (or conscious sedation if desired), the implant is inserted into the bone using a minimally invasive technique.
Osseointegration period
The implant integrates naturally with the bone over 2 to 4 months. A temporary prosthesis can be worn during this period.
Placement of the prosthetic abutment
An abutment is screwed onto the implant to serve as a base for the future crown.
Placement of the final crown
The custom-made ceramic crown is fixed to the abutment. Your new tooth is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
