Quotation form: identity, contact details (email, telephone), country of residence, description of your need, and — if you choose to send them — medical photographs and radiographs.

Direct exchanges: WhatsApp, telephone, email.

Technical data: connection data needed for the website to work. Only with your consent, the website uses Google Ads cookies to measure which ads bring requests: see the Cookie policy.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to draw up an assessment and a personalised quotation, to organise your treatment stay, and to answer your requests. Processing rests on your consent and on the pre-contractual steps you request.

Health data

Your photographs and medical documents are handled in the strictest confidence. They are shared only with the practitioners responsible for your assessment, with your agreement, and are never used for any other purpose.

Retention

Your data is kept for the time needed to process your request, then archived for 3 years before deletion. You may ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is accessible to the Clinic Nobel World team and, for the medical assessment, to the practitioners concerned. It is hosted on infrastructure located outside the European Union (Türkiye, United States). It is never sold or rented to third parties.
